We are currently seeking Roommate Companions & Weekend Respite Providers, (Contractors), to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will live together; sharing your home, your support/mentorship skills & companionship as needed. As a Contractor with SACLA, it will fit well if you have additional employment and or school during weekdays.
For Weekend Respite, you will need to be flexible/available to provide support for 2 – 24 hour periods (i.e. Friday 5:00pm – Sunday 5:00pm). Remuneration is dependent on the level of support required.
Preference will be given to those applicants without children in the home.

You will need to provide us with:
· a clear Criminal Record Check inclusive of a Vulnerable Sector Check for everyone in the home 18 and over,
· valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle,
· Emergency First Aid / CPR certificate,
· $2,000,000 Vehicle and Home Liability Insurance.
