HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
Southern Alberta Community Living Association has implemented a Health and Safety program that promotes a safe and healthy workplace. The foundation of this program is built on the belief that knowledge, respect, response, investigation and support will reduce injuries and promote wellness. Some of our initiatives include:
- Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety
- Employee Wellness Program
- Risk Management Assessments and Job Task Hazard Analysis in an effort to reduce risk factors in the workplace
